Myiea Coy Co-Founder

Emmy and PGA Award-winning executive producer Myiea Coy is a visionary leader in the entertainment industry, celebrated for her ability to create impactful, premium content that resonates with global audiences. Most recently, Myiea produced the United Way Worldwide benefit concert, a high-profile event aired on CBS and CMT to raise funds for hurricane relief, as highlighted by Variety. Myiea is also widely recognized for her work as an Executive Producer on Amazon’s Emmy-winning Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls, as well as PBS’s The Day You Begin, Paramount’s Real World Homecoming: New York, OWN’s Family or Fiancé, and Facebook Watch’s Ball In The Family.

Throughout her career, Myiea has held executive leadership roles at some of the industry’s most influential companies. She served as VP of Alternative Television at MACRO Studios, VP of Development at Bunim Murray Productions (where she also co-chaired the DEI Committee), and SVP of Television at Confluential Films, overseeing the development of scripted, animation, and non-fiction projects.

As the driving force behind Black & Bespoke Inc., Myiea continues to lead the charge in crafting premium branded content and is actively consulting, all while amplifying diverse voices and redefining storytelling in the entertainment industry.

Melissa C. Potter is a renowned media executive, speaker and content creator who has generated visibility via award-winning campaigns and raised millions of dollars for social impact causes on behalf of corporations, non-profits, and brands across the globe. From record label intern to senior executive, she has spent the last 20 years committed to the mission of leveraging TV, film, and music as platforms to shift the hearts and minds of mass market audiences. As the former Executive Director, Content for Change at Paramount, she supervised a portfolio of global consumer brands like CBS, MTV, BET, and Showtime and their commitment to authentic and culture-forward storytelling.

Doubling down on her commitment to culture and community, Melissa sits on numerous boards including as Worldwide Trustee of the United Way. She has been featured and quoted in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Essence Magazine as a thought leader and tastemaker.
